Yes, we offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring cleaning services. Regular clients receive priority scheduling and may qualify for discounted rates. We can establish a consistent cleaning schedule that works for you, and you can modify or cancel your recurring service with advance notice.
Our standard cleaning service includes dusting all accessible surfaces, vacuuming carpets and floors, mopping hard floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, showers, tubs, sinks), cleaning and sanitizing kitchens (countertops, sinks, appliance exteriors), emptying trash, and general tidying. We can add specific tasks to customize your cleaning experience.
Standard cleaning focuses on maintaining a clean environment through regular service, addressing visible areas and surfaces. Deep cleaning is more comprehensive, reaching areas that aren't cleaned during routine maintenance—like behind appliances, inside ovens, detailed baseboard cleaning, interior window washing, scale removal, and more intensive bathroom cleaning. 4Policies & Special Requests
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
Yes, we stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with any area we've cleaned, contact us within 24 hours of your service, and we'll return to reclean that area at no additional cost. Your complete satisfaction is our priority.
